PermaPasture / private Android alpha
Delete your PermaPasture account
Effective date: 2026-10-01
Choose Only my account or, separately, Entire homestead. Read both warnings, verify your account, and confirm only the action you selected with your current password and the exact phrase shown.
Already tried to delete? If the result was pending or uncertain, check that request’s private status token below instead of submitting another deletion. A lost response can mean that deletion already started or finished.
Reading this page, choosing an option, signing in or checking status does not start deletion. Signing out is not deletion.

Step 1 of 4
1. Choose the action you mean
You chose to delete only your account. Your sign-in and known system attribution fields can be removed or replaced. Shared farm records and photos remain for other members, including content you contributed.
A sole manager must appoint another ADMIN or OWNER while members remain. The last account cannot use personal exit; choose the separate homestead action if that is what you intend.
Only my account — selected by default
An eligible ADMIN, OWNER or MEMBER can leave personally while other members remain. Your account and sign-in are removed, and known system attribution fields are removed or replaced. Shared farm records and photos remain for the others, including notes and visible photo content you contributed. Removing attribution does not necessarily remove personal details from that content.
If an ADMIN or OWNER’s departure would leave the others without a manager, appoint another ADMIN or OWNER first. If you are the last account on the homestead, this personal path is unavailable; choose the separate whole-homestead action only if that is what you intend. An account with no current homestead can use account-only deletion after checks for historical shared-data links.
Entire homestead — separate, unselected choice
This affects everyone on the selected homestead. An eligible ADMIN can choose it even while other members remain. The last account of any role can also choose it. When the server confirms completion, your account and that homestead’s active farm records and live uploaded photo files are removed. Every member loses access to that farm; their separate account identities remain.
Check with the other members and preserve required records before confirming. This page and the app do not provide an undo.
Copies outside the active service: Older recovery backups, offline phones, device-library originals, exports and copies held by other people are not automatically erased by either action. Backup removal periods and deletion-aware restore handling have not been fully established. Preserve important unsynced work and original records independently.
Step 2 of 4
2. Second warning — check the scope
The service checks the selected action, your current role, homestead name and member roster. A personal request must not silently become whole-homestead deletion. If the relevant details changed, read fresh warnings before continuing.
- For Only my account: Your sign-in ends, but shared farm records and photos remain for other members, including content you contributed.
- For Entire homestead: Everyone loses access to that homestead’s active records and live uploaded photos. Other members’ separate accounts remain.
Personal account deletion ends your access, but shared records and photos stay for the other members, including content you contributed.
Keep any records you need separately. PermaPasture is a personal record-keeping aid, not official livestock, veterinary or regulatory documentation.
Step 3 of 4
3. Verify your account
Step 4 of 4
4. Final confirmation
Check the server-verified action and homestead shown here. Stop if they are not what you intend.
- Personal account: “Only your account. Shared farm records and photos remain for other members.” Display the shared homestead name when applicable. Phrase:
DELETE MY ACCOUNT. - No current homestead: “Account only — no homestead. This does not delete anyone else’s homestead.” Phrase:
DELETE MY ACCOUNT. - Whole homestead: “Entire homestead and your account. Every member loses access to this farm; their separate account identities remain.” Display the exact homestead name and current member count. Phrase:
DELETE <exact homestead name>.
If the homestead is named MY ACCOUNT, the whole-homestead phrase is DELETE HOMESTEAD MY ACCOUNT, not the personal-account phrase.
Result
Deletion status
Private request token — save it to check this request later. It can read status, not authorize a new deletion. Keep it out of email, screenshots you share, and web addresses.
A previous deletion needs a status check
Do not submit another deletion request. This tab has a private token from an attempt whose result was not confirmed. Deletion may have started or finished. Check deletion status.
Status
Check a deletion request
No usable saved status token. Do not guess whether an earlier deletion succeeded. If you saved a token privately, use it in the status check. Otherwise email Pedro for intake; do not start a duplicate deletion to find out.
The token can read only that request’s status. It cannot authorize a new deletion. Save it privately if the result is pending or unknown. Do not email it, post it publicly or put it in a web address.
The result can be complete, pending or unknown. A check using a token alone does not identify the original account or action. It is not a new deletion request. “Status not found” does not prove that nothing was deleted.
Forget this tab’s saved token?
Forgetting the token does not undo deletion, resolve the earlier outcome or make a new request safe. Save the token privately and use status or manual help to resolve the earlier attempt first.
If you cannot sign in or need manual help
During the U.S.-only closed alpha, email Pedro at pedropozo@protonmail.com to start a manual help or deletion inquiry. Start with a brief description of the problem and whether you are asking about your own account or a shared homestead. Do not send sensitive evidence in the initial email.
Email is intake, not authorization. An email message alone does not prove account ownership or authority over a shared homestead. An independent lost-access verification procedure has not yet been established. If the requester and the permitted scope cannot be established safely, an irreversible deletion cannot proceed. Sending an email is not confirmation of receipt, verification or completion; no response or completion time is promised here.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, private request-status tokens, identity documents or unnecessary family records. Support messages and contact details are currently kept for alpha follow-up, without a fixed retention period having been established.
You can ask for help without reinstalling the app or creating another account. If you can use the app, Settings → Account has separate account and homestead choices. A diagnostic report is not a deletion request. Opening an email draft does not send it.
